About The Founder

As the daughter of a nonprofit executive, I spent much of my childhood observing the challenges faced by leaders in our sector. Many weekends were dedicated to volunteering at fundraising events, assisting with administrative tasks, and participating in various activities nonprofit leaders handle both on and off the clock. These experiences influenced my career path and directed me towards a profession in nonprofit development.

For over 15 years, I have worked at some of the largest nonprofit organizations in the country, and I now bring this experience to a consultancy focused on helping mission-driven nonprofits achieve their revenue goals to further their missions. My roles at the American Heart Association and The Wilderness Society have allowed me to collaborate closely with leading corporate and philanthropic figures, both as board members and donors.

I have organized multimillion-dollar fundraising events for large audiences at notable venues like Mile High Stadium and The National Mall, secured 8 figure gifts from prominent philanthropists, and have rolled up my sleeves to serve meals at a local shelter and cut wood for a habitat for humanity build.
